Cancellation Policy
At OMPRAGAM (OPC) Private Limited, we understand that event plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions applicable when a customer wishes to cancel an event booking, party package, or related service purchased from OMPRAGAM.
By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
1. Cancellation of Bookings
Customers may request cancellation of their event booking by contacting OMPRAGAM through our official phone number or email.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible so that we can review the booking and determine any applicable charges or refund.
A booking is considered cancelled only after the cancellation request has been acknowledged by OMPRAGAM.
2. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges may depend on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled event date.
Because event bookings may involve advance arrangements with venues, decorators, caterers, entertainers, equipment providers, transportation providers, and other third parties, certain costs may already have been incurred.
The following general guidelines may apply:

| Within 48 hours of the event | The booking may be non-refundable due to last-minute arrangements and committed costs. |
| No-show without prior cancellation | Generally non-refundable. |
Note: The above guidelines are subject to the specific package, booking terms, third-party commitments, and applicable law. The final cancellation amount will be communicated after reviewing the individual booking.
3. Customized Event Packages
Customized packages and personalized services may have different cancellation terms.
If OMPRAGAM has already purchased materials, booked vendors, arranged manpower, prepared customized products, or incurred other expenses specifically for the customer’s event, those costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Some customized services may be completely non-cancellable once production or preparation has started.
4. Cancellation of Individual Services
If a customer wishes to cancel only a particular service or component of an event package, the request will be evaluated based on the booking terms.
Cancellation of one service does not automatically result in a proportional refund of the complete package price.
Where applicable, refunds will be calculated after considering the value of the cancelled service and costs already incurred.
5. Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation
Customers may request to change their event date instead of cancelling the booking.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and should be made as early as possible.
Additional charges may apply if the new date results in:
- Higher venue costs
- Increased vendor charges
- Additional transportation costs
- Increased material costs
- Changes in package pricing
- Additional manpower requirements
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to confirmation from OMPRAGAM and relevant third-party service providers.
6. Cancellation by OMPRAGAM
In exceptional circumstances, OMPRAGAM may need to cancel or modify an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
